Guaranteed Rent

We offer guaranteed rent on selected properties. We believe we can be the perfect tenant for landlords. We take the responsibility and give you the security.

How it works:

We lease two + bedroom properties from landlords on a long term basis (2-3 years) and then rent the rooms to high calibre corporate tenants on 3-12 month contracts. In effect, we become your tenant during the tenancy, we pay the guaranteed rent every month regardless of the property’s occupancy, we do the maintenance on the property and we deal with the out of hour calls from tenants. Finding professional residents, keeping them happy in their homes and collecting their rent become the sole responsibility of AP Living London.

Results of working with AP Living London:

We have in place a regular maintenance regime which include weekly cleaning service of the property. Once on our Guaranteed rent program, we tend to carry out upgrades to the property with the landlord’s permission and therefore properties usually are in even better conditions at the end of the tenancy (2- 3 years) than at the outset.
